Il d\u00e9veloppe une interaction entre joueurs qui se doit extr\u00eamement rapide \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 les distances r\u00e9duites qu&rsquo;il y a entre chaque joueur. Le principe des triples passes implique un travail d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe indispensable. Physiquement, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 les acc\u00e9l\u00e9rations et changements de direction, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;un des sports de cardio les plus intenses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inconv\u00e9nients :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Le volley, vu les chocs r\u00e9guliers dans les bras et dans les doigts, doit se faire en apprenant \u00e0 frapper la balle toujours avec une tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8re flexion des avant-bras mais \u00e9galement des doigts afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=537\">l&rsquo;hyper-extension<\/a> quel que soit le type de frappe et surtout lors de la r\u00e9ception de la balle. Les pathologies les plus fr\u00e9quentes hormis les bras et les doigts, touchent les <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=620\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"620\">genoux<\/a> et les <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=618\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"618\">chevilles<\/a>. Elles font suite \u00e0 une mauvaise chute la plupart du temps mais \u00e9galement \u00e0 des changements de direction r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s surtout si les <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=818\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"818\">chaussures<\/a> adh\u00e8rent trop bien au sol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Il faudra apprendre d\u00e8s lors \u00e0 bien se rattraper lors des diff\u00e9rents <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=785\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"785\">sauts<\/a> notamment en pratiquant lors des <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=481\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"481\">\u00e9chauffements<\/a>, les diff\u00e9rents sauts propos\u00e9s dans la <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=785\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"785\">news d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e dans ce sens<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Concernant les genoux comme dans la plupart des sports et des situations de la vie courante, leurs maux sont li\u00e9s de pr\u00e8s ou de loin \u00e0 un <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=892\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"892\">exc\u00e8s de rotation interne<\/a>.
