Le pubis est tir\u00e9 vers l&rsquo;avant. Si la jambe est fix\u00e9e en tant soit peu, le bassin pivote sur l&rsquo;axe de la hanche et le haut du bassin est port\u00e9 vers l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re. Ce mouvement correspond au <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=1776\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1776\">mouvement sexuel<\/a> masculin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"200\" height=\"234\" src=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/MecaHealth-poistion-debout-bascule.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1540\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Sur le sacrum est pos\u00e9 l&rsquo;ensemble de la colonne. En se portant en arri\u00e8re, par le travail abdominal, le <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=624\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"624\">bassin<\/a> et donc le sacrum pousse le bas du dos \u00e0 se placer plus en arri\u00e8re. Le dos se d\u00e9creuse donc et diminue ce qui est appel\u00e9 la <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=1173\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1173\">lordose<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">La bascule vers l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re est plus difficile s&rsquo;il y a une r\u00e9traction des <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=1542\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1542\">psoas-iliaques<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">La bascule est facilit\u00e9e et plus naturelle si la bonne r\u00e9partition du poids en position <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=413\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"413\">debout (2\/3 sur talons<\/a>) est respect\u00e9e.
