Elle est responsable de pas mal des <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=620\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"620\">pathologies du genou<\/a> mais contribue dans une large proportions \u00e0 de nombreuses lombalgies.  <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=3530\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"3530\">Plus d&rsquo;explications sur cette probl\u00e9matique et sur la d\u00e9coaptation qui devrait en d\u00e9couler.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">La rotation externe abusive n&rsquo;est pas bonne \u00e9galement si elle est maintenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\">Flexion ant\u00e9rieure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">La flexion ant\u00e9rieure se fait id\u00e9alement en direction du genou et jamais les deux jambes ne doivent \u00eatre pli\u00e9es dans un seul mouvement. Elle intervient principalement pour se rattraper lors d&rsquo;un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre lat\u00e9ral. Par cette rotation interne, les derni\u00e8res vert\u00e8bres, les vert\u00e8bres lombaires, sont plus vite en fermeture du m\u00eame c\u00f4t\u00e9.
