Il se combine g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement aux mouvements de flexion &#8211; extension des doigts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><a>Poignet : flexion lat\u00e9rale<\/a><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Le poignet \u00e9galement est capable de r\u00e9aliser une flexion lat\u00e9rale vers l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur ou vers l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;environ 30\u00b0 par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;axe de d\u00e9part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">C&rsquo;est ce mouvement qu&rsquo;il faut \u00e9viter lorsqu&rsquo;on joue au tennis ou lorsqu&rsquo;on porte des charges importantes au niveau des bras afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter l&rsquo;apparition d&rsquo;une tennis <strong>elbow<\/strong> appel\u00e9e en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=216\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"216\">\u00e9picondilyte<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><a>Poignet : rotation<\/a><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Le poignet en synergie avec l&rsquo;articulation du coude effectue un mouvement de rotation dans un sens et dans l&rsquo;autre. La rotation externe de la main s&rsquo;accompagne g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d&rsquo;une ouverture du pouce appel\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement opposition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">La rotation externe est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme le mouvement de base en position debout pour les r\u00e9f\u00e9rences professionnelles.
