Le tronc se d\u00e9pla\u00e7ant ant\u00e9rieurement, les muscles du dos dos ainsi que les muscles post\u00e9rieurs des jambes <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=1113\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1113\">doivent compenser le d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre vers l&rsquo;avant<\/a> voire sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 si le tronc est asym\u00e9trique, plac\u00e9 asym\u00e9triquement ou si l&rsquo;objet port\u00e9 est encombrant donc d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibrant. Le tronc port\u00e9 en avant semble augmenter de poids par l&rsquo;effet du <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=1113\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1113\">bras de levier<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un point d&rsquo;appui bien plac\u00e9, le corps ne travaille plus d\u00e8s lors pour compenser la surcharge dans le dos li\u00e9e au d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre et au d\u00e9placement ant\u00e9rieur mais ne travaille plus \u00e9galement \u00e0 un seul <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=971\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"971\">endroit charni\u00e8re<\/a>. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;ensemble du corps qui travaille. Les charges sont bien r\u00e9parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Le point d&rsquo;appui permet aussi d&rsquo;aider les membres &#8211; le plus souvent les jambes &#8211; qui doivent porter la charge. Concr\u00e8tement, en se levant ou s&rsquo;asseyant par exemple, s&rsquo;appuyer sur les accoudoirs ou sur soi-m\u00eame \u00e9vite que la charge ne soient trop importantes dans les genoux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">La flexion du tronc n\u2019est donc en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, que rarement mauvaise si elle est effectu\u00e9e avec un point d\u2019appui et en <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=803\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"803\">se d\u00e9roulant correctement<\/a>. Ne pas utiliser r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement son tronc en flexion entra\u00eene d\u2019ailleurs souvent des r\u00e9tractions des muscles dorsaux parfois responsables en partie des maux articulaires. N&rsquo;utiliser que ses jambes pour ramasser un objet au sol est le <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=620\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"620\">d\u00e9but de la fin pour les genoux<\/a>. Evitons malgr\u00e9 tout d\u2019utiliser cette flexion si elle n\u2019est pas utile et en utilisant un point d&rsquo;appui le plus fr\u00e9quemment possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Cette r\u00e8gle seule ne permet pas de garantir l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.
