Le respect de cette consigne permet de plus facilement obtenir une <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=1173\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1173\">lordose lombaire (creux lombaire) pas trop prononc\u00e9e<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Gauche-droite<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Le poids sera r\u00e9parti <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=402\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"402\">totalement sym\u00e9triquement<\/a> (soit 50-50) et s&rsquo;il y a une diff\u00e9rence av\u00e9r\u00e9e au niveau des jambes, elle sera compens\u00e9e de la moiti\u00e9 au moins par une semelle compl\u00e8te sous la chaussure plut\u00f4t que la talonnette (&#8230;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Pathologies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">En restant debout, beaucoup de personnes placent plus le poids sur l&rsquo;avant des pieds notamment ceux qui ont une \u00ab\u00a0<a data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"4115\" href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=4115\">professions debout<\/a>\u00ab\u00a0. Ce changement de r\u00e9partition du poids n&rsquo;augmente pas directement le creux lombaire mais entra\u00eene alors une augmentation de la flexion arri\u00e8re du dos pour \u00e9viter de tomber vers l&rsquo;avant comme le montre quelque peu la photo ci-dessous. Le creux marqu\u00e9 est une cons\u00e9quence d&rsquo;une mauvaise r\u00e9partition.
