La partie proximale se divise en 2 tendons d&rsquo;accrochage. L&rsquo;un de deux (le court chef) s&rsquo;accroche sur l&rsquo;omoplate, sur le processus coraco\u00efde. La partie longue dit \u00ab\u00a0long biceps\u00a0\u00bb est plus int\u00e9ressant puisque source de la plupart des <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=683\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"683\">tendinites<\/a> de l&rsquo;\u00e9paule. Celle-ci s\u2019ins\u00e8re au niveau du tubercule supragl\u00e9no\u00efdal et du bourrelet gl\u00e9no\u00efdal, situ\u00e9s sur la face lat\u00e9rale de la scapula (omoplate). En gros, elle passe dans l&rsquo;articulation m\u00eame de l&rsquo;\u00e9paule et lorsqu&rsquo;il se contracte, le biceps limite lui-m\u00eame l&rsquo;espace de passage de son tendon long biceps. Si <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=1935\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1935\">l&rsquo;\u00e9paule <strong>est relev\u00e9e<\/strong> trop t\u00f4t<\/a>, ce passage est plus vite referm\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Pathologies <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Les pathologies les plus courantes sont comme relev\u00e9 plus haut dans le texte, la tendinite du long biceps. Celle du court tendon proximale est plus rare et plus encore que celle du tendon distale (<a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=634\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"634\">coude<\/a>). Cette derni\u00e8re survient notamment de ceux qui <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=822\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"822\">agissent en hyperextension lors d&rsquo;une prise de charge<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Dans le cadre de la tendinite du long biceps, surtout si la situation stagne, le tendon enflamm\u00e9 peut contenir un amas calcique fragilisant le tendon au point parfois de \u00ab\u00a0l\u00e2cher\u00a0\u00bb.
