C&rsquo;est la raison pour laquelle la plupart des personnes qui ont r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des <strong>crampes dans les mollets la nuit<\/strong>, sans avoir pris de magn\u00e9sium, \u00e9vitent leurs crampes en marchant une \u00e0 deux minutes sur les talons avant de dormir. Seulement, elles ne sont <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=402\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"402\">sym\u00e9triques<\/a>.
