Il est donc important de <a data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"481\" href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=481\">s&rsquo;\u00e9chauffer<\/a> voire de r\u00e9aliser les exercices concrets d&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre de base en lien ci-dessous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Ils se feront dans un premier temps \u00e0 notre rythme puis selon la gradation propos\u00e9e dans la page suivante.
