Inutile d&rsquo;\u00e9carter autant les jambes comme sur la photo puisque comme sur la photo toujours, les personnes se penchent souvent trop en avant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">R\u00e9aliser cet exercice devrait se faire sans se pencher en avant mais en direction de la jambe tendue pour \u00eatre les plus en phase avec le principe des cha\u00eenes musculaires (&#8230;) et surtout pour \u00eatre plus efficace pour l&rsquo;ensemble du corps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Attention, \u00e0 bien laisser le pied dans la m\u00eame direction d&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9 comme de l&rsquo;autre. <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=402\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"402\">La sym\u00e9trie de chaque mouvement<\/a> dans cet exercice est fondamental pour obtenir un bon r\u00e9sultat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etirement des muscles abducteurs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">L&rsquo;\u00e9tirement est plus difficilement r\u00e9alisable sans se mettre au sol.
