C&rsquo;est de cette longueur manquante la plupart du temps qu&rsquo;un dos reste <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=1173\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1173\">lordos\u00e9<\/a>. Inutile, la plupart du temps, dans ce cas, de r\u00e9aliser des <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=1107\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1107\">exercices abdominaux<\/a>. Tant que ces muscles sont trop courts, ces exercices lutteront contre la r\u00e9sistance de ces muscles sans pour autant leur donner suffisamment d&rsquo;ordres de rel\u00e2chement pour les rallonger (&#8230;).
