Un allongement s&rsquo;av\u00e8re utile voire n\u00e9cessaire notamment dans les situations suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\">\n<li>si les amplitudes pour lesquelles une articulation est faite n&rsquo;est pas sollicit\u00e9e en suffisance et\/ou pas assez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>si on souhaite solliciter prochainement un muscle ou une articulation plus amplement ou fortement en guise d&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement notamment pour la <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=259\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"259\">pratique d&rsquo;un sport ou d&rsquo;un autre<\/a> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>si on veut \u00e9viter des crampes dans un muscle ou groupe musculaire apr\u00e8s effort ou par manque de mouvements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>si pr\u00e9ventivement on souhaite limiter la pression sur les articulations li\u00e9es \u00e0 des muscles trop courts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">L&rsquo;\u00e9longation est par d\u00e9finition un \u00e9tirement excessif d&rsquo;une structure. Cet \u00e9tirement excessif est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un \u00e9tirement brusque. Un \u00e9tirement peut \u00eatre excessif sans \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une \u00e9longation \u00e0 partir du moment o\u00f9 il d\u00e9passe une amplitude articulaire normale. Dans ce cas, les ligaments sont \u00e9galement \u00e9tir\u00e9s. Une fois allong\u00e9s, ces derniers ne peuvent plus jouer <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=527\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"527\">leur r\u00f4le fondamental<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">L&rsquo;\u00e9tirement sera centr\u00e9 sur le muscle lui m\u00eame (analytique) ou consid\u00e9r\u00e9 dans un ensemble, comme faisant partie d&rsquo;une <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=1121\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1121\">cha\u00eene musculaire<\/a>. Il durera un minimum de 20 secondes et de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence environ 2 minutes par augmentation progressive de l&rsquo;amplitude de 30 secondes en 30 secondes.
