Le matin, en se levant, la personne risque d&rsquo;avoir les chevilles instables. Ce qui explique que certaines personnes, surtout les hyperlaxes, se foulent la cheville le matin. Les genoux sont \u00e9galement en l\u00e9ger porte-\u00e0-faux mais dans une moindre mesure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Le bas du dos si on a un peu de ventre sera un peu moins cambr\u00e9. Si par contre, le lit n&rsquo;est plus parfait et s&rsquo;enfonce un peu plus en son centre, la <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=1173\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1173\">lordose<\/a> augmentera. Il ne faudra pas s&rsquo;\u00e9tonner d&rsquo;un <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=1874\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1874\">mal de dos durant la nuit<\/a>, en <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=1149\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1149\">se retournant<\/a> ou en <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=257\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"257\">se levant<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Concernant la <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=628\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"628\">nuque<\/a>, maintenir une <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=3499\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"3499\">rotation durant de longues heures<\/a>, ne peut qu&rsquo;entra\u00eener par un manque d&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=441\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"441\">alternance de contraction-rel\u00e2chement<\/a>, qu&rsquo;un blocage \u00e0 moyen ou long terme ou en tant cas, une usure plus importante unilat\u00e9rale et d&rsquo;autant plus que <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=2451\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"2451\">le coussin<\/a> est \u00e9pais&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Pour les \u00e9paules, comme sur la photo ci-dessus, restant relev\u00e9es par ce type de position, le passage circulatoire et le long biceps restent d&rsquo;\u00eatre dans un espace limit\u00e9. La r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de ces structures sera donc entrav\u00e9e ou tout au moins limit\u00e9e.
