Les pressions mentales par exemple sont des fatigues plus importantes qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y para\u00eet&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Il est normal mais malheureusement peu correcte d&rsquo;imaginer que la nuit sera forc\u00e9ment r\u00e9paratrice. Au contraire, la nuit si le corps \u00e0 d\u00e9pass\u00e9 certaines limites, risque d&rsquo;accro\u00eetre le mal. Il est d\u00e8s lors important d&rsquo;essayer de d\u00e9gager ne fut-ce que partiellement, son mal ou la simple fatigue avant d&rsquo;aller <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=286\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"286\">dormir<\/a>. Sinon, le <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=1138\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1138\">lendemain risque d&rsquo;\u00eatre difficile<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">En fonction du type de mal, notre d\u00e9gagement se fera diff\u00e9remment. Ainsi, (re)lisons la ou les pas <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=1142\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1142\">douleur en coup de poignard<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=1132\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1132\">douleur horizontale ou verticale<\/a> ainsi que la normalit\u00e9 de la zone concern\u00e9e ou des <a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=1874\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1874\">circonstances apr\u00e8s lesquelles le mal survient<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">L&rsquo;exercice de base pour se d\u00e9gager est l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/mecahealth.com\/?page_id=1055\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1055\">entre deux<\/a>.
